Economic Development Board of Mauritius
Heerun** is the Parisian Head of the Economic Development Board of the Republic of Mauritius.
Heerun has graduated in IT at the University of Burgandy. He holds an MBA in Marketing at the University of Mauritius in 1988, and from the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale (National Defense).
Heerun has regularly been a Speaker of our FIDIMA à Paris, for 7 years.
David MIGNOT, general manager for Africa, CANAL +
David has been general manager for the African continent at Canal + since 2013.
He graduated at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications and holds a Master in Economics at Paris Dauphine University. David was general manager at Parabole Réunion. He then joined Outremer Telecom Groupin charge of the Indian Ocean.
David has regularly been a Speaker at our FIDIMA Forum.
Onjatiana RAZAFINDRAKOTO, general manager, CANAL + Madagascar
Onjatiana is General Manager of Canal + Madagascar.

Bertrand du MARAIS – Head of FIDES, member of the French Conseil d’État and CNIL
Bertrand is Head of FIDES, a Forum on interconnexions between Law, Economics and Society. He graduated at the ‘École Nationale de l’Administration’, and ESSEC Business School. He is member of the ‘Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés’.
Bertrand has regularly been a Speaker of our FIDIMA Forum.
Caroline MEURISSE – Head, AXIAN UNIVERSITY, 42ANTANANARIVO
Caroline graduated at Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She currently is Head of Axian University and the new Code school 42 ANTANANARIVO, implemented by AXIAN (École 42 being a concept by Xavier Niel).

Carole is Head of NextA, and has promoted Entrepreneurship in Madagascar for years.

Vidya has just shown her Art works at the ‘Forum des Images’, and will be at the ‘Forum de Paris sur la Paix’.
She has introduced her “Stones of Trust” (“Pierres de confiance”) and has been a Speaker at FIDIMA since 2023.

Jean-Philippe is founder and CEO of ‘Les Entreprêteurs’, a participative finance plateform.
He has graduated at ESC in Paris, at the University of Paris Dauphine et at Panthéon-Assas University (Executive MBA/M2 Business law et management-gestion). He holds a Certificate from the French Authority of Financial Markets AMF.
Jean-Philippe has started his career in 2003 at KPMG as an auditor, then was Manager at the French CIC LBO – Manager.
Mialy RANAIVOSON ** – Head,
Association Malagasy des Investisseurs en Capital (AMIC)
Mialy is currently President of AMIC ‘Association Malagasy des Investisseurs et Capital’, which gathers all investment funds in Madagascar.
She is Investment Manager at I&P Investisseurs et Partenaires.
She holds a DSSC in Finance and Accountancy at INSCAE, among other diplomas. Elle also holds the Executive Certificate – Leadcampus for a sustainable leadership in Africa (HEC Paris Executive Education – Executive Certificate).
Mialy was one of the first attendees of FIDIMA at Antananarivo, almost 10 years ago.
